It started at the front desk of Dr. Zeeshan's own clinic.
Messages came in at night and nobody answered. Patients booked and never came. Follow-ups were forgotten. Patient details were missing from the system, and nobody could say who was responsible. Money spent on ads brought messages, but nobody knew which ones became patients.
Then he looked at other clinics. Same story everywhere. Good doctors, losing patients and money at the front desk.
Zeeshan took the problem to Mouaaz. Mouaaz had worked as a researcher with companies in China, on technology, AI and marketing psychology. He understood both the systems and how people decide.
Together they asked one question: what if the front desk could run itself, and the doctor could see everything in one WhatsApp chat?
So they built it. First for Zeeshan's own clinic, where it runs every day. Now for clinics across Pakistan.
